| Lee Ward – Director
Starting in Education Recruitment in 2001 Lee began as a trainee consultant at a very ambitious agency and quickly learnt that you need to know as much as possible about the sector that you are working in. Lee progressed quickly to a senior consultant but in 2002 was offered a position working in the UK education sector starting up a new desk covering Oxfordshire and Milton Keynes. After three years working and developing relationships with schools that Lee still has today, he decided that he wanted to be more than just a consultant and moved onto an agency that would give him a chance to move up the management ladder. In 2005 Lee had opened a new Education branch in Milton Keynes and twelve months later in 2007 he was promoted to Regional Manager looking after branches in Milton Keynes, Docklands and Hammersmith. Lee decided that he needed a fresh challenge so moved onto help his brothers set up their Sports Investment company and six months later came back into Education starting Education 365 working with schools across London and the Home Counties. ”I have a real passion for Education and assisting schools with any staffing vacancy. I still work with schools from when i started in 2001 and I have developed many strong relationships with new Schools and Academies during the last nine years as an Education Recruiter."
