What would your responsibilities be?
The Teaching Assistant’s responsibilities will include working with special needs children 1:1 or in small groups, in order to spotlight the individuality of each student; assist other staff with day-to-day activities; support the students on a behavioural, emotional and personal level; correspond with specialists from external agencies; and lastly, engage in meetings with parents and other members of staff.

Who are we looking for?
A professional, and charismatic Teaching Assistant with some prior experience with special needs children. A passionate person with the ability to meet the aims and core values of the school statement. Level-headed, patient and adaptable in high stress or challenging situations. The successful Teaching Assistant should be able to meet the high expectations of an outstanding school with an excellent Ofsted report. Lastly, follow the ideals of the school which a focus on the individuality, self-confidence, and incorporation of all students.
