We are looking for a highly motivated HLTA who has experience working in a SEN
environment. The successful HLTA will need to support the students on a 1:1
basis to guarantee they get the attention that’s required. The HLTA will need
to have experience and a vast amount of knowledge with delivering lessons at a
confident level.
The school recently opened in September 2022 and was recently refurbished
internally and externally to make sure good quality teaching can be provided.
The HLTA will be working with students from KS2-KS4 with students on the
autistic spectrum (ASD), with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)
and with social, emotional, or mental health needs (SEMH).
