As a result, Teaching Assistants can mould the curriculum to fit every student’s individual needs and guide them on their paths to success.

The school caters to key stages 3 and 4 students with classes taking the “home room” approach to the classroom, where students are taught by the same teacher and teaching assistant. As a result, classes contain around 4-8 students to insure individual support. The Successful Teaching Assistant will be supported by a supportive leadership team and the school has high expectations for its students and are extremely committed to supporting their students.
