The Role is for a Learning Mentor dealing with challenging behaviour who will help students in smaller class sizes or on a one-to-one basis. Becoming a Learning Mentor at this school will mean joining a role that will become a permanent full-time position from Monday to Friday.
As a Learning Mentor, you'll support, motivate and guide pupils, to help them overcome barriers such as challenging behaviour, emotional issues, lack of confidence, mental ill health, persistent absence, and truancy.

The school is a pupil referral unit situated in the Wandsworth borough. Being a Learning Mentor here will provide a rewarding work lifestyle but will require confidence in managing challenging behaviour with also the passion to help students in the education sector.
