This school is looking for an experienced TA/HLTA to come in and join the
school to work closely with the students ensuring they leave a lesson feeling fulfilled
and enriched with education.
Your responsibilities as a HLTA will be to engage with students on a 1-1 level,
small group sessions and lesson planning and execution. As a HLTA, you will
monitor the students learning, well-being, progress and development regularly
and strategically improve their abilities.
The right fitted HLTA will have had a good track record of working inside a
classroom and evidence to support they would be a key player and great addition
to the school.
