This specialist school, located in Berkshire, are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental health.

The successful candidate main responsibilities will be to help them learn, develop their abilities, and boost their self-esteem. You will need to be resilient and dedicated and can deal with challenging behaviour in a calm manner.

The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. The successful candidate should be able to do the same.
