This Ofsted outstanding ASD school is looking for a SEN teacher to join their team. This school provides educational support to autistic children of ages 4-22. This SEN teacher will be delivering high quality teaching and learning to students with difficulties communicating and social interaction, typically associated with Autism. The complete SEN teacher will provide to the delivery and progress of the curriculum and work in a non-confrontational way to ensure individual needs are met.

This SEN teacher will need to be resilient, caring, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic children. This will go hand in hand working with other members of staff to create a safe and understandable environment. The perfect SEN teacher will develop lesson plans analysing and self-reflecting on the outcomes ensuring lessons are maintaining pace, motivation, and challenges adapting to all students.
