This exciting new school located in Maidstone are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming
team. The chosen Learning Support Assistant will be responsible for supporting
children with SEN including PMLD, ASD and ADHD. The Learning Support Assistant
will do this by, working 1:1 or in small groups with students helping them within
the classroom and providing emotional support when they are having
difficulties.
If you are the chosen Learning Support Assistant will be
responsible for building trusting relationships with both students and staff.
The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have knowledge on the school
curriculum and use it to improve their approach towards each pupil.
If chosen for this role, the Learning Support Assistant will
promote the key values and ethos of the school, helping to encourage the students
to do so as well.
