 A vibrant and inclusive SEN school catering to students aged 5–19 with learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorder is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with complex autism, sensory, and communication needs, while helping to deliver a tailored educational experience.

 The successful Teaching Assistant will build strong relationships with students, assist in implementing behaviour programmes, and ensure individual learning plans (IEPs) are followed. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll also play a key role in supporting classroom management and fostering a safe, respectful learning environment.
