 A special educational needs secondary school in South London is looking for teaching assistants to provide a unique learning environment for children and young people with learning difficulties. This will involve working in key stages 3 and 4, with pupils that have challenging behaviour.  You will follow a therapeutic and humanistic approach to education and childhood development, whilst supporting children 1:1 or 2:1 that have a range of learning needs.

You’ll be working with a team of highly skilled professionals to promote the schools core values, ensuring that every child feels special and can become self-aware. A highly inclusive and bespoke educational model is used to focus on an individual’s unique quality’s is to provide a wide range of opportunities and support for the pupil and family as a unit.
