We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join
one of our trusted partner schools. This is more than a classroom role—it’s an
opportunity to empower learners to achieve their potential through tailored
support, encouragement, and care.
This position is Monday to Friday during school term time
only. A full induction and ongoing training will be provided, so you’ll feel
confident and supported from day one.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers
to deliver engaging lessons, provide 1:1 or small group support, and help
create a safe and structured environment where pupils feel understood and
valued. You’ll play a vital role in helping children develop independence,
resilience, and confidence in both their learning and social development.
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly
Autism, ADHD or SEMH needs, is highly desirable. More importantly, you’ll bring
compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to making a real difference.
If you’re ready to take on a rewarding role where no two
days are the same, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply today!
