We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a specialist SEN school in West London, supporting children and young people with autism and severe learning difficulties. The school offers a safe, nurturing environment and works collaboratively as a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, child-centred support.

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions to support pupils’ sensory, motor and functional development. You will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to implement tailored programmes, contribute to EHCPs and support staff and families to ensure consistent therapeutic approaches.


To be successful, you should hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and be HCPC registered, with experience supporting children or young people with autism or additional needs. Strong communication skills, adaptability and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs are essential.
