We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in the Walton on the Hill area. The school provides tailored education for children and young people with a range of special educational needs, offering a supportive and inclusive environment where staff work collaboratively to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential.

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons that meet the diverse needs of your pupils. You will work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to implement effective strategies that promote engagement, progress and positive behaviour. The role also involves supporting pupils’ social and emotional development while maintaining a safe and structured classroom environment.

To be successful, you should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive school setting. Strong communication, flexibility and a genuine commitment to supporting young people with additional needs are essential.
