We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist SEN schools in the Croydon area. These schools support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties and social, emotional and behavioural needs, offering structured and nurturing environments where staff work collaboratively to support each pupil’s development.


As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, helping them access tailored learning activities. You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to promote engagement, positive behaviour and independence, while supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development in a safe and inclusive setting.


To be successful, you should have experience working with children or young people with SEN, or a strong desire to develop a career within SEN education. Strong communication skills, resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs are essential.
