We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a
specialist provision in the High Wycombe area. The school supports young people
with a range of special educational needs, providing a structured, inclusive
and supportive environment where staff work collaboratively to help pupils
achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative,
differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs. You will
work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to promote engagement,
progress and positive behaviour. The role also involves supporting pupils’
social and emotional development and maintaining a safe, consistent classroom
environment.
To be successful, you should hold Qualified Teacher
Status (QTS) and have experience working with children or young people with
SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting. Strong communication
skills, adaptability and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with
additional needs are essential.
