We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in West London. The school supports children with autism and severe learning difficulties, providing a structured, nurturing environment where pupils are supported to develop academically, socially and emotionally.

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver personalised, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team to support engagement, progress and positive behaviour. The role also involves contributing to EHCP targets, supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and maintaining a calm, consistent classroom environment.

To be successful, you should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a specialist setting. Strong communication skills, flexibility and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs are essential.

If you are ready to make a lasting impact in SEN education, apply today and take the next step in your teaching career.
