We are seeking a dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in the Ealing area. The school supports pupils with autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a structured and therapeutic environment where staff work collaboratively to support both academic progress and personal development.

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to promote engagement, positive behaviour and independence. The role also involves supporting pupils’ social and emotional development, maintaining a safe and consistent classroom environment, and contributing to personalised learning plans.

To be successful, you should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive primary setting. Strong communication skills, adaptability and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs are essential.
