This specialist setting is dedicated to supporting students with a range of complex needs, including Autism and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where every learner is supported to achieve their full potential.

They are seeking an SEN Teacher who can deliver a personalised and engaging curriculum, while supporting students’ academic progress alongside their behavioural, emotional, and therapeutic development. The role is to start in September (or sooner) on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering differentiated and creative lessons to students with complex and often challenging needs. This role would suit a teacher with experience in either mainstream or specialist settings, who is passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful impact on young people’s lives.

The school takes a holistic approach, combining education with therapeutic support to meet the individual needs of each student. As such, the SEN Teacher will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
