This welcoming SEN school in Richmond upon Thames supports students with complex needs, including Autism, and is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher. The role involves delivering high-quality education while supporting pupils academic, behavioural, therapeutic, and vocational development. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September or sooner.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with severe, complex, and profound learning difficulties. The school caters for students aged 4–16, and the role would suit a passionate SEN Teacher with experience in either mainstream or specialist settings who is committed to inclusive practice.

The school takes a flexible, child-centred approach to ensure every learner can access education in a meaningful and supportive way. You will work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for each pupil.
