We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a
specialist SEN school in the Croydon area. The school supports young people
with autism and social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a
structured and nurturing environment where staff work collaboratively to
support both academic progress and personal development.
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative,
differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs. You will
work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to promote
engagement, positive behaviour and independence. The role also involves
supporting pupils’ social and emotional development and maintaining a safe,
consistent classroom environment.
To be successful, you should have experience working with
children or young people with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive
setting. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential. Strong
communication skills, adaptability and a genuine commitment to supporting
pupils with additional needs are essential.
If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in SEN
education, apply today and take the next step in your teaching career.
