Job Description

Are you an experienced teacher passionate about supporting children with special educational needs?

Do you have the skills and dedication to create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment where every pupil can thrive?

- Full-time SEN Teacher starting ASAP
- One KS1 Teacher and one KS2 Teacher position available
- Supportive primary SEN school environment
- Excellent opportunities for professional growth

We are seeking two dedicated SEN Teachers to join a supportive primary school in the East London area. The school provides an inclusive environment for pupils with a range of additional needs, offering a structured and nurturing setting where staff work collaboratively to support both academic progress and personal development.

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils within either KS1 or KS2, depending on your role. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to promote engagement, positive behaviour and independence. The role also involves supporting pupils’ social and emotional development and maintaining a safe, consistent classroom environment.

To be successful, you should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary or inclusive setting. Strong communication skills, adaptability and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs are essential.

If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in primary SEN education, apply today and take the next step in your teaching career.
