- Full-time HLTA role starting ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in the Kingston area. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment where staff work collaboratively to help students achieve strong academic outcomes while supporting their personal development.

As an HLTA, you will support students within the classroom, deliver targeted interventions and lead learning activities across a range of subjects. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to promote engagement, positive behaviour and academic progress. The role also involves supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis and contributing to a safe and productive learning environment.

To be successful, you should have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Previous experience as an HLTA or leading learning activities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, confidence in supporting learning and the ability to build positive relationships with students are essential.

If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in education and take the next step in your career, apply today.
