We are seeking two dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school in the Sutton area. The school supports pupils with a range of complex learning needs, providing a structured and nurturing environment where staff work collaboratively to support both academic progress and personal development.

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will support learning within the classroom, deliver targeted interventions and lead learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff. You will work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to promote engagement, positive behaviour and independence while supporting pupils' social and emotional development.

To be successful, you should have experience working with children or young people with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting. Previous HLTA experience or experience leading learning activities is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs are essential.
