A well-regarded secondary school in South London is looking to welcome an English Teacher to its team. The school is keen to meet someone who can inspire students through engaging lessons and help them build confidence across both English Language and Literature.

The successful English Teacher will join a collaborative department where staff share ideas, support one another and work together to help students achieve their best. The school has a positive and inclusive feel, with a strong focus on pupil progress, wellbeing and creating an environment where both students and staff can flourish.

The role will involve teaching English across KS3 and KS4, planning enjoyable and purposeful lessons, supporting students of different abilities and helping pupils prepare confidently for their GCSEs.

Applications are welcomed from experienced English Teachers as well as ECTs looking for the right school to begin or continue their teaching career. QTS or QTLS is preferred, and applicants must have a valid Right to Work in the UK.
