Do you have a passion for mentoring young people?
Would you like the opportunity to work as a Learning Mentor in small groups and on a 1:1 basis?
*** Immediate Interviews Available
*** Excellent Training and Development
*** Supportive Management Team
*** Permanent Position
Education 365 seeks an engaging Learning Mentor to work with young people in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, within an SEMH school. The vacancy would suit someone with either a Learning Mentor or Teaching Assistant background or someone that has worked with students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis in an education / school setting.
The students you will be supporting have a range of challenging behaviour, social and emotional difficulties and various special educational needs. Although the students all have different needs, they all have one thing in common, they are unable to work within a mainstream school. As such you will be working with these students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, providing an essential education for these students.
This is a full time Learning Mentor position from Monday to Friday, during school term time only and will be on a permanent contract with the school. A full and detailed induction will be provided as well as regular training, to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
This is an immediate start Learning Mentor position and we can arrange immediate interviews for suitable candidates.
