We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Communication Support Worker who has at least BSL Level 2, to join an SEN school in South West London. The role will include supporting students with their learning, as well helping Deaf students communicate with heir teachers and other students.

This SEN school caters for students from ages 10 - 19 but the role would suit a Communication Support Worker that has prior experience working within either primary or secondary education. As a Communication Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting students with various needs including hearing, speech and language and communication needs.

The school follows a student-centred approach to communication and the education is tailored to the needs of its students. The successful Communication Support Worker will need to have a flexible approach to providing an accessible and truly inclusive education that meets the complex needs of each student.
