We are currently seeking to recruit an SEN Teacher to join this therapeutic
school that put their students needs above all else. As a SEN Teacher you will
be helping students daily with their academic, behavioural, therapeutic, and
vocational needs.
The successful SEN Teacher will be delivering an essential education
to students with SEN and SEMH difficulties. The role will involve teaching
small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students, who in many cases will be working
to a Key Stage 2 level. The ideal SEN Teacher will strive to improve
school-wide efforts to enhance literacy abilities and actively collaborate with
teachers in all other departments to promote their learning.
The school works hard to promote independence and self-worth and insists on the
highest standards of behaviour, attitude to learning and respect for one
another and the learning environment. The school holds high expectations of
every pupil, and believe that care, inclusion, discipline, clear structure, and
