This school is in search of a Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young
people and able to support students on a 1:1 basis. This school has a welcomed
a wide range of students with Special Educational needs (SEN), Autistic
spectrum, speech & language difficulties and SEMH, experience as a Teaching
Assistant in this would be beneficial.
The Teaching Assistant will be working with ages ranging from 5-18 usually with
4-8 students in each class with a staff to student ratio varying from 1:1 to
2:1 to allow the students to get the attention and focus they require, whilst
the Teaching Assistant gets the support they need.
