A great opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a truly inclusive and welcoming SEN primary school has arisen. The school offers a highly diverse environment, a supportive and motivated educational community, and the unique opportunity to be part of a highly committed team who hold the interests of each and every student in their hearts. Everyone at the school works extremely hard to meet the mental health needs of all students, as it is an essential priority, whilst supporting their families along their journey.

By adopting a positive attitude to work and inspiring students to have high expectations of themselves, the school aims to create an environment which produces successful learners, responsible citizens, efficient contributors and confident individuals of the highest standard. The aim is to help the students have a clear understanding of good conduct and co-operation, empowering them to have successful futures.

The school is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant, with the experience of working with highly complex A.S.D. and SEMH students, supporting them to develop their day to day and academic skills as well as their social emotional needs, in preparation for their transition into secondary education. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be expected to support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
