We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work within a SEN school for children between the ages of 5-18 years old. The school is based in the Croydon area with good transport links via buses and trains.

Being a Teaching Assistant for this school will require you to support all learners to achieve their full potential by providing an engaging and nurturing approach to all its SEN students. You will be adaptable, respectful and inclusive. Children and young people can experience a spectrum of difficulties which make it hard for them to make progress at school. This school values helping each student to feel confident in themselves and their abilities. The successful Teaching Assistant may be required to work within a one-to-one capacity as well as a small group environment. The role will include supporting students with their learning as well as mentoring students who may need that extra care to develop their education.
