We are seeking a dedicated Humanities Teacher to join a specialist secondary provision in the High Wycombe area. The school supports young people with a range of additional learning and social, emotional needs, offering a structured and supportive environment where staff work collaboratively to help pupils achieve both academically and personally.

As the Humanities Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated History and Geography lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs. You will support pupils in developing critical thinking, subject knowledge and confidence, while working closely with support staff to promote positive behaviour and engagement. The role also involves contributing to personalised learning plans and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development within a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

To be successful, you should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching History and/or Geography at secondary level.
