We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in the High Wycombe area. The school supports young people with a range of additional learning needs, providing a structured and supportive environment focused on engagement, personal development and positive outcomes.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students in accessing learning activities, working closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support on a 1:1 or small-group basis. You will help promote positive behaviour, engagement and confidence, while supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development in a safe and inclusive setting.


To be successful, you should have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN, alternative provision or inclusive education setting. Strong communication skills, flexibility and a genuine commitment to supporting young people are essential.
