We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Lead to join a welcoming primary school in the West London area. The school provides a warm, inclusive environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to flourish. With a strong focus on Early Years education, the school works closely with families to ensure children develop the confidence and skills they need for lifelong learning.

As the Nursery Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, delivering an engaging EYFS curriculum that supports every child's learning and development. You will lead a dedicated team, create a stimulating learning environment and build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of early years provision.

To be successful, you should hold Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYT) (Level 6) and have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. Previous experience leading or managing within an Early Years setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities and a genuine passion for Early Years education are essential.
