Key Responsibilities

· Deliver pre-planned lessons confidently and professionally

· Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

· Manage behaviour in line with school policies

· Support pupils’ learning and engagement throughout the day

· Provide feedback to school staff where required

About You

· Have QTS

· Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

· Be adaptable, punctual and well organised

· Show a genuine commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing

· Be willing to complete all required safeguarding and compliance checks
