This college is seeking a dedicated SEN tutor to deliver lessons on a 1:1 basis
to students. The successful candidate must have a background in tutoring or
mentorship on a 1:1 basis within a school environment. The successful candidate
must have good behavioural management skills as the students will have a range
of challenging behaviour extending from social to emotional difficulties.
The successful candidates will be supporting the students reach their highest
potential with the resources provided, which may sometimes be within the students’
home. This position is Monday to Friday during term time and after a successful
trial period a direct contract position will be offered. The successful
candidate would be trained weekly and given a full detailed induction, to
ensure you will have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
