My client school are looking for Progress Partners to work with students with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. This school based in Croydon are an SEMH school catering for students age 11-16.
Progress Partners are required to work one to one with students with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate would be required to mentor and guide their student through engaging and creative one to one session. Progression and staff development are offered on all levels at this school. They place an extremely high value on training staff and rewarding them with responsibility. Candidates who are tenacious and believe in supporting students in their learning will be perfect for this SEMH School.
