This is an exciting opportunity to work within an Alternative Provision in High Wycombe. This Alternative Provision is a unique provision following a therapeutic humanistic approach to education and childhood development. The school aims to ensure that vulnerable children stay within an educational setting or return from home education before returning to mainstream or specialist provision as quickly as possible.

This educational provision is dedicated to offering a supportive and deeply therapeutic setting, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering a high-quality academic experience for all students. The successful Assistant Head Teacher will play a key role in reinforcing this therapeutic approach and ensuring that students consistently learn in a nurturing and caring environment.

The Assistant Headteacher will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people, and follow school policies and the code of conduct.
